FES is headquartered in Philadelphia, PA with branch offices through the U.S. and Canada to ensure a rapid response and face to face contact with our clients and staff. Job Description FES is looking to hire a Junior Recruiter to be based out of our Blue Bell, PA location. Experience recruiting within the telecom industry preferred. Need to have at least 1 to 2 years of recruiting experience. The recruiter will be responsible for: Sourcing, identifying and submitting candidates that are a technical match for job openings within our company. Qualifying required job related skill sets, salary negotiations, initial interview and background/reference checks. Managing our internal candidate database. Reporting to head of recruiting and interacting closely with project managers and executives of the firm. Maintaining a proven track record of academic excellence and holding a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
