Inside Sales/Sales Assistant

Keeway America, the exclusive U.S. distributor of Keeway, Benelli, and Benda motorcycles , is growing! We are seeking a proactive, organized, and reliable Sales Assistant / Inside Sales team member to support our expanding dealer network and daily sales operations. This position will work closely with our dealers and sales team to support both dealer development and day-to-day sales activities. The role will proactively communicate with existing dealers to promote products and programs, identify sales opportunities, support order generation, and follow up on dealer needs and requests. The position will also assist the sales team in identifying and cultivating prospective dealers, including outreach and follow-up, while maintaining accurate and organized dealer and prospect records. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who takes initiative, is organized and detail-oriented, and has an interest in or knowledge of the motorcycle and powersports industry. Key Responsibilities ·      Proactively contact existing dealers by phone and email to promote products, programs, availability, and sales opportunities, and to support order generation.
·      Respond to dealer inquiries and follow up on open questions, requests, orders, and pending items to ensure timely resolution.
·      Maintain professional and positive relationships with existing dealers through regular communication and follow-up.
·      Identify dealer needs, sales opportunities, and issues, and coordinate with the appropriate internal teams as needed.
·      Assist the sales team in identifying and cultivating prospective dealers in the market, including initial outreach, follow-up, and gathering relevant prospect information.
·      Support the sales team with prospect development, dealer onboarding, order follow-up, dealer communications, reports, documents, and other sales-related materials.
·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date dealer and prospect information, records, files, and documentation.
·      Provide general inside sales and administrative support to the sales team as needed. Qualifications & Skills ·      Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·      Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
·      Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with dealers and prospective dealers by phone and email.
·      Friendly, professional, and confident in building business relationships.
·      Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on outstanding items.
·      Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
·      Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented.
·      Knowledge of or strong interest in motorcycles, powersports, or the motorcycle dealership business is preferred.
