Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Analyst to join our team. Duration: 12 Months
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
Hourly Rate: $55/hour (W2)
Responsibilities Analyze business operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Provide system support, maintenance, and enhancement for business tools.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
Manage and support large, demanding sales channel operations and partners.
Effectively manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in a sales or support environment, with a strong emphasis on analytics, business intelligence, system implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancement.
Strong familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Python, and Tableau.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business users.
Proven experience in handling large, demanding sales channel operations functions and partners.
