Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will own the digital ecosystem end to end – paid media, CRM, websites, SEO, analytics, reservations, and guest acquisition – while building scalable systems to support future restaurant openings for Barcelona Wine Bar and Corsica Wine Bar. This is a hands-on, data-first role for someone who wants to build paid media, lifecycle marketing and measurement & reporting systems from the ground up inside a fast-growing, private equity-backed restaurant group.

This is a remote position based in the eastern US, with strong preference to candidates in South Florida, Philadelphia or the NYC area. Travel to our restaurants across the country and our home office located in Westport, CT on an as needed basis will be expected.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan, launch and manage paid media campaigns, starting with Meta and paid search, and expanding to other channels as the strategy matures, owning budget, targeting and optimization.
• Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns against a database of roughly 500,000 records, including segmentation, scheduling and monitoring deliverability and list health.
• Help build and maintain the attribution infrastructure connecting GA4 and POS and reservations data (SpotOn, Tock) so the team can tie spend and content to actual guest visits.
• Own marketing reporting & dashboards, turning raw performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage the marketing technology stack, including the data warehouse build and the CRM/email platform, evaluating new tools as the team scales.
• Oversee web analytics, SEO and conversion opportunities, partnering with outside developers or agencies as needed.
• Manage local directory listings and Google Business Profiles across all locations, and stand up the full digital ecosystem, including listings, GA4, GBP and tracking, for new restaurants as they open.
• Manage any outside vendors and hold spend accountable to results.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Five or more years in a digital marketing role with direct ownership of paid media budgets, analytics and email/CRM programs, ideally for a multi-unit or multi-location consumer brand, or inside an agency environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and CRM systems such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Ideally comfortable with SQL or BigQuery – or ready to learn a marketing data warehouse environment.
• Experience building dashboards and reports (Looker Studio, Tableau or similar) for non-technical stakeholders.
• A builder's mindset: this role stands up infrastructure that does not fully exist yet.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to make data legible to leadership and the board.
