Job Title: Manual QA Onsite - Ybor City, FL - 4x/week Initial Requirements / Schedule Manual Software Testing Edge Testing Exploratory testing Manual handoffs in software testing Key Responsibilities Analyze requirements and design test cases to validate software functionality. Execute manual test cases and document results. Identify, record, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps). Collaborate with developers and QA team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing. Validate fixes and perform re-testing. Participate in test planning, test case reviews, and requirement analysis. Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices. Provide feedback on usability, functionality, and performance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of experience in manual software testing. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies. Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience testing web and mobile applications. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to query databases. Exposure to automation tools is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
