Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience leading a clinical team in a medical office setting . This role is critical in supporting our physicians, ensuring clinical excellence, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and provide leadership to medical assistants and support staff.
• Assist providers with patient exams, treatments, injections, and procedures.
• Manage patient flow to ensure efficient and timely care.
• Perform blood draws, post-operative dressing changes, and suture removal.
• Review and maintain accurate medical records in the EMR system.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, pre- and post-surgical instructions, and ongoing care.
• Support quality assurance, compliance, and safety protocols.
• Act as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office or outpatient clinic.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic or surgical care preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and standard office software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered mindset.
