Responsibilities:

Maintain food quality and consistency

Plate and garnish each item according to the culinary team's design

Protect the quality of the guest experience

Arrange food items in correct order and to the correct tables

Assist servers by running food to tables

Keep inventory of garnsish food items prepped and stocked
