• Maintains and cleans all office spaces throughout property and hotel public areas. Inform Housekeeping Supervisors or Manager of any linen shortage.

Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow cast members.
Pulls linen from the laundry chute and places in carts to be sent out for laundering.
Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three months related experience and/or training; Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other cast members of the organization.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Prior hotel experience preferred.
While performing the duties of this job, the cast member is regularly required to talk or hear. The cast member is frequently required to stand, walk; The cast member is occasionally required to climb or balance. The cast member must occasionally lift up to fifty pounds and move up to one hundred pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the cast member is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The cast member is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; toxic or caustic chemicals; extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. Must be physically strong, honest, self-motivated, dependable, and able to work alone, willing to learn, eagerly follows directions, and always clean and neat in appearance.
Must be able to communicate effectively to hotel guests, announcing arrival at door, and comprehending special requests from guests.
Must be able to use the equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, vacuum, cleaning supplies and safety equipment.
Ability to clean as directed at an acceptable performance rate.
Ability to minimally communicate and understand, in English, matters of mutual concern, such as directions, hazards or questions; if unable to speak or understand English, prior experience as a guest room attendant required
