Employment Type: Full-Time (4 Days/Week)
Compensation: $300,000+ Potential Total Compensation (with $1,000/day 3-month guarantee or 29-32% of collections)

Schedule:

Enjoy a structured 4 days per week schedule with no weekend requirements:

• Thursday - Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Expectations & Responsibilities:

• Comfortably manage a schedule of approximately 20 patients per day , including 6-7 hygiene examinations, while maintaining excellent clinical quality.
• Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative and prosthodontic care, implants, oral surgery within scope, and Invisalign® treatment as appropriate.
• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently while educating patients on their options.
• Collaborate closely with the hygiene team, EFDA, office manager, and other clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, thorough clinical documentation and follow established clinical protocols.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active or eligible  Colorado dental license .
• Current  DEA registration (or ability to obtain) and  CPR/BLS certification .
• 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred ; however, motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered!
• Strong foundation in comprehensive general dentistry (restorative care, crowns, bridges, extractions, and full/partial dentures). Endodontic experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, strong chairside manner, and a commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
