Vice President, Product Strategy - Product & Innovation Hub

Role Overview Product Strategy Lead – BNY Location: New York Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with market trends, client needs and business objectives. Drive a product‑led cultural shift from bespoke solutions to scalable customization, promoting innovation and efficiency. Identify and prioritize product opportunities, create business cases, and manage investment decisions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement product strategies and initiatives effectively. Translate strategic vision into an actionable gameplan and mobilize teams for execution. Monitor industry trends, market analysis and client feedback to inform product development and innovation. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous learning across the product organization. Qualifications 5–9 years of experience in product strategy development and implementation. MBA preferred. Strong understanding of market trends, client needs and business objectives. Excellent leadership and collaboration skills. Ability to drive cultural change and promote innovation. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Prior experience in a product‑led organization preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong business acumen, including development and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Experience with data analysis and interpretation to drive product decisions with data‑driven insights. Compensation Base salary: $69,000 – $170,000 per year, dependent on experience and market location. Total compensation may include commission, discretionary bonuses, short and long‑term incentive packages and company‑sponsored benefits.
