Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Northeast Mental Therapy Clinic, your daily responsibilities will include: \n \n Managing a caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional ethics while fostering therapeutic relationships. \n Conducting regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, provide feedback, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. \n Implementing individualized, person-centered treatment plans, tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client. \n Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and assessments, to ensure effective continuity of care. \n Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant personal and clinical history. \n Participating in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional growth. \n Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, sharing insights to optimize client treatment. \n Embracing a growth mindset, continuously seeking professional development and educational opportunities. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will primarily work with a youth-focused demographic, addressing a range of mental health concerns, from developmental issues and anxiety to behavioral challenges and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n The successful candidate will possess: \n \n A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field. \n Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. \n Evidence of meeting internal credentialing requirements for relevant clinical settings. \n Preferred Experience\n We seek candidates with: \n \n A minimum of one year of experience dealing with psychiatric populations or substance abuse cases. \n Proven expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and conducting both individual and group therapy sessions. \n Strong baseline capabilities in using computer systems for documentation and record-keeping, alongside basic keyboarding skills. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 65,000 to USD 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
