JOIN OUR TEAM!Under direct supervision of a physician, the TMS Coordinator assists Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation patients in receiving the prescribed treatments according to established procedures and protocols. The TMS Coordinator also performs scheduling of services, offers approved education and guidance for treatment-related questions and serves as the liaison and representative for Vera French TMS to outside persons requesting information. What You'll Do:Facilitate the flow of patients through the office or clinic, perform reminder calls, and communicate internally as appropriate to coordinate servicesAssist the psychiatrist with TMS threshold mapping clinical proceduresDocument patient treatment history, record vital signs and allergies/contraindications as neededOperate the TMS equipment in accordance with training, certification, and according to the prescribed treatment and established procedures and protocolsWhat You'll Need:Two years or more of mental health and medical management experienceLPN PreferredDemonstrated computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), electronic medication and medical records data entryExperience addressing any patient's medical conditions or symptoms, including basic life support certificationExperience with operating a medical/mechanical deviceOther Requirements:Must carry a valid driver's license and have current automobile insurance in accordance with Vera French policy.All Vera French employees that transport a Vera French client in his/her personal vehicle must also have a D-3 Chauffeur's License.Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug, and alcohol screeningTrainings:Ongoing in-house trainings (CPR, Medication Management & more)Access to online learning coursesTuition Reimbursement & Loan Repayment Program (eligible after one year)Professional development opportunities to expand your clinical expertiseWhat We Offer:Group Health Insurance (UnitedHealthcare)Delta Dental & Vision InsuranceEmployer-paid Life, AD&D & Long-Term Disability (Mutual of Omaha)Supplemental Life & Short-Term Disability options401(k) Retirement Plan3% employer contribution (vested day one)25% match on employee contributions up to 6%Paid Time Off9 paid holidays9 paid sick days2 weeks vacation1 Vera French DayNOTIFICATION AND AUTHORIZATION TO REQUIRE A MEDICAL EXAMINATIONI hereby certify that, if hired, I will disclose any limitations I have that may impact my ability to do the job.
