Job Description:

• Assists with staffing assignments and scheduling additional disciplines if ordered after admission.
• Monitors field staff schedules and coordinates appropriate assessments when due.
• Monitors compliance with clinicians’ frequency and durations of visits based on the established plan of care.
• Assists with ordering DME's if ordered after admission.
• Communicates daily with field staff to coordinate schedules and provide assistance in tasking appropriate visit forms.
• Promptly responds to field staff's requests and concerns.
• Responds to patient communications and follows up as necessary with clinicians.
• Complies with accepted professional standards and principles.
• Performs other duties and activities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a medical office
• Complies with professional standards and practices
• Demonstrates excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills with a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experience with medical software and electronic medical records desired.
• Impeccable record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Excellent multitasking and critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable with MS Office suite (Word, Excel), Windows, printers/scanners.
