Senior Tax Accountant 6928095 a day ago Job Description Experience: Senior Level Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year Job Details What You Will Do Prepare and review individual, corporate, S corporation, partnership, trust, nonprofit, and estate tax returns Assist with tax projections, planning, and strategic tax‑saving opportunities for clients Respond to IRS, FTB, EDD, and CDTFA notices and correspondence Communicate directly with clients on tax matters, planning opportunities, and information requests Collaborate with firm partners on complex tax planning and consulting engagements Review financial statements, general ledgers, and accounting records for tax reporting accuracy Research federal and multi‑state tax issues as needed What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field Minimum 3 years of tax accounting and tax preparation experience in a CPA firm environment Strong knowledge of federal and multi‑state tax laws Proficiency in CCH Axcess, QuickBooks Desktop and Online, and Microsoft Office 365 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client‑facing mindset CPA license is a plus A bit about us We are a well‑established boutique CPA firm in South Orange County built on a simple promise: exceptional service, long‑term client relationships, and a collaborative culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
