Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a LPN LTC for our client in Glenwood, MN 56334 . This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: LPN LTC
Location: Glenwood, MN 56334
Duration: 13-week
Work Schedule: Day 5x8, 6a-2:30p, OT is also available
Pay rate : $ 40 to $44 per hour

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• First Time Travelers are Accepted
  1+Year Experience Required
  Certification required: BLS, LPN License
  
  Responsibilities:
  • Administered medications and treatments as ordered.
  • Monitored vital signs and residents' health conditions.
  • Provided wound care and routine nursing procedures.
  • Assisted residents with ADLs and personal care.
  • Documented assessments, care, and medication administration.
  • Reported changes in condition to the RN/provider.
  • Followed infection control and patient safety protocols.
  • Collaborated with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and other healthcare staff.
