SAP SD/OTC consultant

Duration: 6+Months Visa: USC/GC only Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP SD/OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution processes. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end OTC processes, configuration, business process analysis, integration with other SAP modules, and support/implementation projects. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in SAP SD/OTC with at least two full lifecycle implementations. Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration and Order‑to‑Cash business processes. In-depth knowledge of: Pricing and Condition Techniques Shipping and Transportation Delivery Processing Billing and Invoicing Credit Management Returns Management Copy Controls Experience with Intercompany Sales, Third‑Party Sales, STO, Consignment, and Returns processes. Strong understanding of customer master data, material master data, and organizational structures. Experience integrating SAP SD with MM, FI, WM/EWM, PP, and TM modules. Hands‑on experience in IDOCs, EDI, interfaces, and SAP integrations. Experience with S/4HANA SD functionality and Fiori applications. Knowledge of Variant Configuration (VC) and Advanced ATP (aATP) is a plus. Experience in preparing functional specifications and working closely with technical teams. Strong experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and production support. Ability to gather business requirements, conduct workshops, and provide solution recommendations. Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD/OTC solutions. Configure and customize SAP SD modules to meet business needs. Support end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes including order management, shipping, billing, and invoicing. Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules. Prepare functional specifications and support development activities. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and prepare project documentation.
