Plumbing Sales Representative

We are looking to hire a proactive and results-oriented Plumbing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the plumbing industry. This role involves generating new business, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets.

  WHAT L.A. HYDRO-JET NEEDS FROM YOU:  

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Present and promote our plumbing services to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

WHAT SETS YOU APART:  

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven outside sales experience.
• Hold current Class C Driver’s License
• Have a clean MVR
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented.

L.A. Hydro Jet & Rooter Services compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 plus uncapped tiered commission on all new sales. Benefits include company vehicle and career advancement opportunities. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. L.A. Hydro Jet & Rooter Services' compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
