Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience required
• Experience treating adolescent to geriatric patient populations required
• Experience with sports injuries, post-op, and neuro cases required
• Experience with WebPT EMR required

Assignment Details

• Schedule is typically Monday through Friday
• Potential for 4 10-hour shifts
