Responsibilities Deliver One‑On‑One ABA Therapy: Work with children ranging from 18 months to school age, providing personalized therapy. Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Develop and implement customized therapy plans with the support of our skilled team. Apply Creativity in Therapy: Use advanced techniques in our play‑based and naturalistic therapy environment. Guide Children’s Progress: Help children succeed in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions. Document and Track Development: Contribute to each child’s therapy program by meticulously documenting their progress. Embody Core Values: Thrive in a supportive team environment that upholds our values of Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment. Qualifications Candidates must be 18 years or older. Associate or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. Physical ability to lift/carry more than 50 lbs and sustain impact to body; ability to run, crouch, squat, kneel, bend, and move quickly from standing to seated without support. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Safety is a priority; you will undergo a background check and drug test at the time of hire.
