Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)


Location: Statesville, NC
Pay Rate: $25-27 / hour

As a K-12 RBT in Statesville,NC , your days will include providing direct student care such as:

• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record behavior data.
• Support students in classroom participation, transitions, and social development.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Follow ethical guidelines as outlined by the BACB.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and completion of 40-hour RBT training.
• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Job Details
Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school setting
Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday)
Caseload: Elementary, Middle, and High School options
