Part-time Overnight Laborers

Quad’s Hartford facility is seeking Night Shift Part‑Time General Laborers to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity to learn the printing process from the ground up in a progressive, high‑tech manufacturing environment. Many employees who start in this role advance into full‑time Machine Operator positions , making this an ideal entry point for individuals seeking long‑term career growth. This position follows a 2‑3‑2 rotating night shift schedule , and applicants must be able to commit to one of the following: Monday, Tuesday & every other Saturday (7 PM – 7 AM) OR Wednesday, Thursday & every other Saturday (7 PM – 7 AM) Attendance and schedule consistency are crucial for effective training, seamless team coverage, and operational success. Additional $0.75/hour night shift differential Part‑time General Laborer roles at Quad serve as a primary feeder pool for advancement into Machine Operator positions .
