Respiratory Therapist Good Shepherd Health & Rehabilitation Center – Ashland, OH Job Summary Good Shepherd Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team! As a Respiratory Therapist at Good Shepherd, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing life-saving interventions and respiratory care to patients in our Ashland, OH location. Responsibilities Provide respiratory care to patients, including ventilation, oxygen therapy, and bronchodilators Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators, oxygen analyzers, and nebulizers Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs Requirements Minimum 0 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist High School Diploma/GED (or higher) in Respiratory Therapy or related field Current RRT/ CRT/SRT Active State licensure as a Respiratory Therapist What We Offer PER DIEM schedule allows for flexible scheduling and a healthy work-life balance Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment Collaborative team environment with a focus on patient-centered care #J-18808-Ljbffr
