Front Desk & Patient Concierge - Private Medical Practice

Elegant multispecialty medical office on the Upper East Side seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Front Desk & Patient Concierge to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities may include: Answering and directing phone calls Scheduling and confirming appointments Assisting with data entry and administrative tasks Assisting with patient check-in and registration Greeting patients and visitors, providing a welcoming atmosphere Maintaining and updating patient records Verifying insurance information and handling billing inquiries (if experienced) Requirements: Previous experience or training as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with medical office software is preferred High school diploma or equivalent required We look forward to welcoming a new team member who is passionate about providing outstanding service to our patients!
