Senior Project Manager – Data Center Construction
Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in electrical construction and data center projects ? We're looking for a proven leader to manage large-scale, mission-critical projects from preconstruction through completion.

What You'll Do
- Lead large-scale electrical construction projects for data centers and critical facilities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and client relationships
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, procurement, and project execution
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Manage change orders, RFPs, and project financials
- Mentor project teams and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience
- 5+ years managing electrical projects for data centers or large IT/Telecommunications infrastructure
- Experience with electrical distribution systems, structured cabling, white space fit-outs, and live facility retrofits
- Strong leadership, communication, financial management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Mission Critical construction experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- PMP or PMI-SP certification
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ConEst
