\ N \nEnara Law PLLC is a litigation-focused law firm representing clients in a broad range of civil and commercial disputes. Our practice focuses on contract disputes, business torts, and administrative litigation. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Associate Attorney with 1–4 years of civil litigation experience** to join our growing team.
\ N \nThis is an opportunity for an attorney who wants to build meaningful courtroom experience, take ownership of cases, develop strong client relationships, and continue growing as a litigator in a collaborative legal environment.
\ N \nWe offer a hybrid work environment and prefer candidates located in the Phoenix metropolitan area who are available to work from our office 3–4 days per week.
\ N \n## Responsibilities
\ N \n- Manage and support civil and commercial litigation matters in Arizona Superior Courts and federal courts.
\ N- Draft, review, and filepleadings, motions, discovery requests, briefs, and other litigation documents.
\ N- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
\ N- Communicate with clients regarding case developments, legal strategy, and potential outcomes.
\ N- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, oral arguments, and other court proceedings.
\ N- Handle discovery, including document review, written discovery, and deposition preparation.
\ N- Negotiate settlements and assist in resolving disputes efficiently and effectively.
\ N- Monitor court deadlines, procedural requirements, and case schedules.
\ N- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to move cases forward efficiently.
\ N- Maintain high standardsof professionalism, legal ethics, and work product.
\ N \n## Qualifications
\ N \n- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
\ N- Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.
\ N- 1–4 years of civil litigation experience.
\ N- Working knowledge of the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
\ N- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
\ N- Excellent verbal communication, advocacy, and
