Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible to grow sales of industrial machining products and associated services in the western region. (CA, AZ, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Oregon, Washington).

You will be supplied with a company car, gas and a maintenance card, laptop computer, cell phone and are compensated for other necessary and approved office equipment and services.

Your primary responsibility is to prospect and negotiate machine, coolant and service contract sales opportunities working with a distribution channel, make joint sales calls (with distributor reps), and liaise with end-user National Accounts. This role will also be responsible for identifying and recruiting new distribution channel members. The individual will conduct hands-on application of our products, productivity testing, and provide machine demonstrations when required. This position also provides marketing insight and feedback. After appropriate training and familiarity with the product line, and will be looked upon as a Subject Matter Expert. To be successful in this role you must demonstrate the core values to both internal and external customers daily.

Our ideal candidate should have a technical background in the sales and application of industrial machinery. Strong consideration will be given to a sales professional with a background in other metal process equipment/tooling manufacturing. A professional and positive attitude is paramount…anyone without this, need not apply!

COMPENSATION: You will be given a base salary (commensurate with experience) plus commissions.
