Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, is the world leader in lighting.As a Finance Business Partner you’ll be responsible for co-managing the business, supporting our Connected Buildings and Connected Segments.Partner with Businesss Leaders including Product Management and Marketing leaders to drive growth and profitability.Conduct financial analysis on sales, pricing, margins, and business performance.Support financial evaluation of new product launches and capital investment decisions.Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.Build data-driven insights and recommendations using Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting tools.More about youWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe the following background and capabilities will help you shine brightly in this role:Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, data analytics, or related field.8+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Accounting.Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze revenue, profitability, and business performance drivers.Proven ability to influence business decisions through financial analysis and partnership with cross-functional leaders.Advanced Excel skills and experience supporting forecasting, planning, and business decision-making.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.Salary & BenefitsSalary: $125,450 -$167,260 (based on experience level)Bonus: target bonus opportunity 15%Benefits Overview: Company subsidized benefits plan offerings that include Medical, Health Savings Account, Dental, 401K retirement plan with company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), Paid Time Off, including paid vacation, holidays/personal days, tuition reimbursement and products discounts.
