Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst

*Description*

This role is responsible for the design, build, implementation, and support of the Epic Willow Ambulatory application, with a primary focus on retail and outpatient pharmacy operations within a complex healthcare organization
The analyst partners closely with Retail Pharmacy Operations, Pharmacy Leadership, Revenue Cycle, and IT teams to ensure efficient, scalable, and reliable medication workflows that support patient access and business continuity
The Willow Ambulatory analyst supports retail pharmacy workflows including prescription processing, dispensing, charging, inventory, and point of sale-related integrations
This role operates in a high volume, production focused environment where system stability, turnaround time, and operational accuracy directly impact patient experience and pharmacy throughput

*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr.
