Salesforce Business AnalystImmediate need for a talented Salesforce Business Analyst. This is a 06 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania (Hybrid).Job ID:26-24819 Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Salesforce Business Analyst sits within the Technology Organization and reports to the Salesforce/CRM Manager, working at the intersection of the business and the Salesforce platform.This role centers on Sales Cloud and lead management, translating how the sales, marketing, and design studio teams work into clear requirements, then partnering with Salesforce administrators and developers to build and deliver the solution.Every lead runs through Salesforce from first contact through to a signed sale, which gives this role visibility across the business and a direct hand in how that journey gets supported.It is a role for someone who can sit with a business stakeholder, understand the problem underneath the request, and turn it into a solution the platform team can build.Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with sales, marketing, and design studio stakeholders to define Salesforce enhancementsTranslate business needs into functional specifications for Sales Cloud and lead management processesMap current and future state business processes across the lead-to-sale journeyPartner with Salesforce administrators and developers on solution design, configuration, and testingDevelop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation within an agile frameworkAnalyze Salesforce data, reports, and dashboards to support business decisionsIdentify, analyze, and resolve application issues across Sales CloudCoordinate user acceptance testing and support QA efforts for new Salesforce releasesSupport release management and change control for Salesforce platform updatesKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Must have skills: Business Analysis, Salesforce, SQLBachelor's degree5 years of experience as a business analyst, including at least 3 years focused on Salesforce or a comparable CRM platformDemonstrated experience gathering and documenting requirements for Salesforce and lead management initiativesSalesforce Administrator certificationExperience with SDLC and agile frameworks, including epic, feature, and story processesAbility to translate business needs into functional and technical specificationsStrong process analysis and process mapping skillsExcellent collaboration and verbal and written communication skillsExperience with SQLSalesforce Business Analyst or Advanced Administrator certificationAgile practice certification, such as CSM or AACExperience with Salesforce integrations, such as marketing automation or ERP systemsExperience with Salesforce CPQ, Data Cloud, AgentforceHomebuilding or building products industry experienceOur client is a leading Construction and real estate development Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
