Business Analyst

Pay Rate: $56.64/hr Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. 5+ years in a data-focused role, preferably in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or financial services. Strong project management skills, including project planning, stakeholder management, issue/risk/budget management, and status tracking reporting. Proven ability to work with large datasets and deliver actionable insights through reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with PowerBI or Tableau. Experience with eFront, Salesforce, and portfolio management software. Knowledge of the private equity lifecycle (deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management, exit strategies). Responsibilities: Technology Liaison: Document business processes and collaborate with the technology team to efficiently deliver solutions. Data Analysis & Management: Collect, clean, and analyze financial and operational data across PC&E strategies, market research, and internal systems. BI Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports (e.g., performance dashboards, KPI trackers, financial summaries) using PowerBI or Tableau for internal stakeholders, including investment teams and senior leadership. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in internal processes and propose/implement solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
