Plans and executes new business and program growth activities including opportunity assessment, capture management, competitive assessment and positioning, teaming/subcontracting strategy, and customer relationship development. Coordinates with other internal functional departments that are identifying/implementing business development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying resource requirements, capture strategies and marketing plans for new market growth pursuits. Communicates plans with senior management and represents Lockheed Martin in key customer, subcontractor and teaming meetings.The Business Development Analyst will lead a team of cross-functional members across multiple time zones and countries.
