Apply now and bring your talent to a team where your work truly matters.Requirements3+ years maintenance experience (1 year property maintenance preferred)High school diploma or equivalentPrior military service (required)Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and valid passportAbility to pass background screeningOSHA 10 certification preferredWilling to work varied shifts (day, night, overnight, on-call)Able to travel up to 80% of the time, including frequent overnight staysPhysical RequirementsLift/move up to 50 lbs.Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periodsWork in confined spaces and wear PPE for long durationsWork EnvironmentFrequent travel by plane or car to job sites nationwideIndoor/outdoor work, including active construction sitesExposure to extreme temperatures, loud noises, and other site conditionsMust follow all safety requirements at all times
