Employment Litigation Associate

Overview The practice represents premier local and national employers. The firm generally focuses on representing management in all types of employment-related legal matters and serves a diverse range of clients, including many Fortune 50 companies in the U.S. The role requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel. Core duties include performing legal research, drafting legal memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions, attending court conferences, handling discovery activities and investigations, and counseling clients on employment law matters. Experience in Labor and Employment litigation, specifically FEHA and/or PAGA, is required. Ogletree has Phoenix-based California PAGA/class/collective litigation teams and California single-plaintiff litigation teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
