Job Description

An established manufacturing company is seeking Screen Assemblers to support its growing production operation in Conroe, TX. In this entry-level role, you will assemble screens to engineering specifications, prepare materials, inspect finished parts, and assist with general production activities. This position requires working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment and offers opportunities to cross-train in different areas. Candidates with varying levels of manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble screens and components according to engineering specifications and production requirements.
• Cut, trim, grind, mark, box, crate, and move screens, steel, parts, and materials as required.
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, quality, and correct quantities.
• Cross-train in other production areas to support manufacturing schedules and operational needs.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area by following housekeeping, safety, environmental, and PPE requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; no education requirement is specified.
• Manufacturing experience may qualify candidates for a higher starting pay rate.
• Ability and willingness to cross-train in different production areas.
• Flexible availability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
• Good communication skills; ability to speak, read, and write English is preferred.
• Steel-toed shoes or boots are required for the first day of work; remaining required PPE will be provided.
• Must follow established safety and environmental policies and use required personal protective equipment.

The base pay range for this position is $15.00–$17.00 per hour , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
