Business Development Analyst

Bluebono is seeking a Business Development Analyst to support the company’s marketing, business development, and sales initiatives. This is a cross-functional role for someone who is analytical and technically capable, but also highly comfortable communicating with clients, partners, and internal teams. The role will focus on identifying business opportunities, supporting client and partner outreach, analyzing market and pipeline data, preparing presentations and marketing materials, and helping move opportunities from initial contact through execution. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, organized, proactive, and able to turn data and research into clear business insights and effective communication. Responsibilities Support business development and sales activities, including prospect research, outreach, scenario evaluation and relationship management. Identify and evaluate new clients, partners, market opportunities, and potential business channels. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and client-facing communications. Analyze sales, pipeline, market, and customer data to identify trends and business opportunities. Maintain and improve CRM, pipeline tracking, and internal reporting systems. Conduct market and competitive research to support business development and marketing strategies. Coordinate with lending, operations, underwriting, and management teams to communicate opportunities and support transaction execution. Participate in client and partner meetings, document key takeaways, and manage follow-up items. Use spreadsheets, data tools, AI tools, and other technology to improve research, reporting, outreach, and workflow efficiency. Help develop scalable processes for lead generation, relationship management, marketing, and sales operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence interacting with clients and business partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work comfortably with data. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM, visualization, database, or analytics tools is preferred. Some technical capability or experience with tools such as SQL, Python, APIs, automation, or AI-enabled workflows is a plus. Strong research, presentation, and organizational skills. Commercial mindset with an interest in sales, business development, financial services, real estate, or technology. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Ideal Candidate This role is best suited for someone who does not want to be limited to a traditional desk-based analyst position.
