Warehouse ClerkDATE POSTED: August 18th, 2026 - DATE WILL CLOSE: August 25th, 2026DEPT: WAREHOUSE - SHIFT: Mon-Fri 7am-4pmLOCATION: COLD SPRING PLANT - PAY: starts at $22.94/hourAt Pilgrim's, safety is a condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first - always.POSITION SUMMARY: Warehouse Clerks are responsible for assisting production team members with required supplies, conducting cycle counts, and managing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Rotate stock using the FIFO (First In, First Out) process.Assist department management with annual reviews of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).Work with plant management to identify BOMs (Bills of Material) that require updates.Assist management with variance reports to align and balance inventories.Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory audits.Provide production team members with necessary supplies in a timely manner.Perform other related duties as assignedOther duties are requiredEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentage calculations.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to obtain a forklift and pallet jack license.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Knowledge and ability to analyze and respond to inventory-related issues.Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.To perform this job successfully, the applicant must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the positionSUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION: Applications accepted until August 19th, 2026EOE, including disability/vets
