Customer Operations Coordinator (Customer Service & Sales Support) Riverdale Global – Aston, PA Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM About Riverdale Global Riverdale Global is a leading manufacturer of liquid colorants and additives serving the plastics industry throughout North America. We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Operations Coordinator to join our team in Aston, PA. This position serves as the communication hub between our customers, sales team, production, and operations, ensuring orders move efficiently from receipt to delivery. What You'll Do Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and general inquiries. Support the Sales team by providing order updates, coordinating customer requests, and assisting with customer communication. Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule orders and meet customer expectations. Monitor open orders and proactively follow up on pending items. Expedite customer orders to support on-time delivery. Coordinate color match requests, sample orders, and other customer projects with internal teams. Work closely with operations teams located in multiple areas to ensure seamless communication and execution. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Identify opportunities to improve workflow, communication, and customer experience. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, inside sales support, scheduling, operations support, or administrative coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. A positive attitude with a desire to learn and contribute to a collaborative team. Training & Travel This position is based in Aston, PA. Initial onboarding and training will include some travel to our manufacturing facility in High Point, NC. Candidates should be comfortable collaborating remotely with operations teams across multiple facilities.
