Project Manager

Responsibilities: Provide oversight of construction-related activities for contracts and day-to-day project management for construction and service projects. Coordinate with customers; perform schedule reviews and design reviews. Develop solutions to construction problems or existing conditions encountered in the field. Review contractor submittals for contract conformance. Aid the Contracting Officer or COR throughout acquisition phases, including answering offerors' questions and attending site orientation visits and joint contractor/government meetings. Draft technical responses to change orders. Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) for new contracts and modifications. Ensure 100% compliance with deliverable deadlines (≤ 2 rework instances per quarter). Qualifications: 10+ years of project management experience on commercial or Government construction projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of technical training and applicable experience). Knowledge of software including Microsoft Office, scheduling tools (Microsoft Project/Primavera P6), and construction document management platforms, among others. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment. Qualified applicants must be a U.S. Citizen, able to pass a background check, and able to obtain and maintain a PIV card and Tier 4 Public Trust suitability determination. Project Management Professional (PMP) or other recognized project management certification. (Preferred) Government contracting experience, particularly with DHS, USSS, or other federal facility programs.
