We are currently seeking a Business Technology Support & Migration Analyst (Japanese/English Bilingual) to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

Business Technology Support & Migration Analyst (Japanese/English Bilingual) Day to Day Job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)

• Provide day-to-day support to business users transitioning from legacy systems to new enterprise platforms.
• Deliver user training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one guidance on system functionality, navigation, and best practices.
• Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles in both Japanese and English.
• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate resolution with technical support teams and vendors as necessary.
• Monitor user adoption and provide recommendations to improve the end-user experience.
• Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

• At least 3+ years of experience in IT support, business systems support, technology implementation, migration projects, or related roles.
• At least 3+ years of working on Microsoft Office 365 Suite Windows operating systems and enterprise productivity platforms, Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• At least 2+ years of experience using ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in using Reporting and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of IT service management principles and processes.
• Experience supporting end users during technology transformation and platform migration initiatives.
• Experience creating user documentation, conducting training, and providing technical guidance.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese (spoken, written, and business communication).
• Native-level or professional-level proficiency in English (spoken, written, and business communication).
• Ability to translate business and technical concepts effectively between Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to Have; (But not a must)

• Banking, financial services, or capital markets experience.
• Experience supporting Windows 365 implementations.
• Experience supporting Notes decommissioning or enterprise migration programs.
• Knowledge of change management and user adoption methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery models.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $53.12-$62/hour. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
