Job Summary:

Deer Meadows Personal Care Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Med Tech to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Residential Med Tech , you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in our luxury apartments. Residential Med Tech Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and assistance to residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, medication, and treatment plans to the healthcare team

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the physician

• Document resident information, treatment plans, and progress accurately and timely

• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and care delivery

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors

Residential Med Tech Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Medical Technician or related field

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Certification or licensure as a Medical Technician or related field (although not required, preferred)
