Assembly Worker

Soldering Assembler Automation Personnel Services is hiring a dependable Soldering Assembler in Addison, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for soldering components to PC boards and performing other electrical related assembly procedures. Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour. Schedule and Hours: 1st shift Monday through Friday 6:00AM to 2:30PM Soldering Assembler Duties and Responsibilities: Work with very small components and place them in the correct position in exactly the right holes in the PC. Soldering experience with thru-hole is a must. Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals. Soldering Assembler Requirements and Qualifications: Previous Soldering Experience Dexterity and good eyesight are essential to being able to work with small components Must be a high school graduate. Knowledge of soldering. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Prior Assembly/manufacturing experience Reliable attendance and punctuality. Must be able to speak and understand instructions given in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Type: Temp to hire, based on attendance and performance.
