Data Center Supervisor

Job Responsibilities Conduct staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities, plan, and assure continuous improvement. Keep senior management and client representatives informed of critical issues affecting operations. Develop systems and procedures for managing operations, equipment, and products safely and profitably in accordance with company policies. Manage operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals and comply with the site’s operating agreement with the client. Implement and report on ongoing cost‑savings measures, providing ideas and suggestions for more efficient operations. Meet all client‑specified KPIs and comply with quality system requirements. Apply sound communication and motivational techniques, create equitable supervisory programs, counsel and, where needed, discipline team members. Provide direction and support to Human Resources, assist with hiring, training, and professional development, and participate in performance evaluation for promotions and wage increases. Bear overall training and evaluation responsibilities for warehouse staff. Plan the daily work schedule by reviewing work orders, arrival notices, and customer instructions, assessing priorities and assigning duties to staff. Review pending jobs or trends, planning reorganization of warehouse space and changes in supply, equipment, or staffing levels. Train new staff or delegate training responsibilities to experienced team members, assess progress, and assign additional duties as appropriate. Keep informed of quantity and quality of jobs performed throughout the day, providing guidance and advice as necessary. Assign supervisory duties to experienced team members acting as leads for lower‑level staff, keeping abreast of progress or problems. Report daily progress or problems to management and hold regular meetings with staff to assess overall status and discuss improvement ideas. Assist in physical operations as needed. Deliver results by leveraging the skills of the right people at the right time. Maintain a high degree of motivation in team members to focus on providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing growth and development opportunities for team members. Conduct annual performance reviews and provide input for team members. Support adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and train team members accordingly. Compensation Base pay range: $70,000 – $75,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
