Mobile Maintenance Mechanic

McCarthy Tire is seeking a skilled Mobile Trailer Technician to perform on-site trailer maintenance and repairs at customer locations. This role requires independent work in a mobile service environment, delivering quality repairs and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and trailer inspections
• Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and other trailer components
• Complete welding and structural trailer repairs as needed
• Forklift Tire Pressing
• Respond to customer service calls and provide professional on-site support
• Accurately document work performed and maintain a safe work environment
• Work occasional overtime and after-hours service calls when required.Some night service will be required.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Welding experience required
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT physical
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Own tools required
• CDL and Class 7 Inspection License preferred but not required
• Mobile repair experience is a plus
