We are looking for a motivated Lead Technician who takes pride in quality work, professionalism, and leading a crew in the field. Window cleaning experience is strongly preferred for this role. Pressure washing and exterior cleaning can be taught to the right candidate, but we are specifically looking for someone confident with professional window cleaning techniques and customer‑facing service work.
