Production Supervisor

Webberville, United States | Posted on 06/23/2026 Contract (3-months) 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shifts Webberville, MI Oversee all aspects of the shift’s manufacturing processes Supervise all employees on the shift assigned to Handle all possible personnel issues including, but notlimited to, attendance, scheduling of overtime, call ins, time off, OEE anddisciplinary needs Directly responsible for safety, quality and productions ofthe specified shift Verify throughout the shift all employees are producing thequantity of work scheduled and that the proper SOP’s are being followed and thedesired quality is being achieved Direct responsibility for holding employees accountable fortheir actions in regard of production attainment, standards of quality,policies, procedures and employee safety Review and approve all production times via Paycor or HRISsystem Generate shift reports of production and all notableproblems with achieving the production schedule, plus any other informationrequired by the Directing Manager or Operation Manager Notify and consult with Process Technicians to solveproduction problems relating to equipment and/or material. Ensure that all SOPs are being adhered to for all employeeson their shift Coach, lead, trainand assist in all jobs taking place on their shift in order to achieve maximized outputs in quality and quantity, aswell as having a safe work environment Maintain aCommunications Shift to Shift book defining problems, solutions, manning needs and issues, and deviations from normalpractices Communicate withother Supervisors and members of management during shift changes to ensure a smooth transition from shift toshift Participate in andaddress employee issues and disruptions within the area Cover for otherSupervisors during absences or vacations Other duties asassigned. Requirements High schooldiploma or equivalent Five years of experience in a similar position/manufacturingfacility. Associates degree or two years’ technical training ispreferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
