Responsibilities Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, and communicate with the next Shift Manager. Monitor safety, security, and profitability; help departments meet their goals. May be responsible for meeting target metrics during shifts.
