Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking an organized, dependable Staffing Coordinator / CMT to support our nursing team and ensure excellent resident care through effective scheduling and staffing coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and manage daily and weekly staff schedules

• Ensure adequate staffing levels in compliance with facility and state requirements

• Coordinate with nursing leadership to fill open shifts

• Communicate schedule changes clearly and professionally

• Track attendance, call-offs, and time-off requests

• Assist with staffing reports and agency usage as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in Missouri required
• Active Certified Medication Technician certification in Missouri required

• Previous staffing, scheduling, or healthcare coordination experience strongly preferred

• Experience in long-term care or healthcare strongly preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Proficiency with scheduling systems and basic computer programs
