Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license

Active DEA registration with prescriptive authority

Board Certification as an FNP, AGPCNP, or equivalent

Primary care experience required

Experience serving Medicaid, underserved, behavioral health, or medically complex patient populations strongly preferred

Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and care management skills

Commitment to compassionate, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care
