Facility: Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation
Location: Live Oak, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually

Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and organized Business Office Manager to oversee administrative and financial operations. This position plays a key role in supporting the facility, residents, families, and staff while ensuring efficient business office functions.

• Serve as a central point of communication between the Administrator and facility departments

• Provide administrative support and coordinate meetings and external agencies

• Act as a liaison between residents, families, government agencies, and third-party payors

• Oversee reception and maintain a professional, welcoming office environment

• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial operations

• Coordinate weekly bank and post office errands

• Review financial reports and assist with administrative projects as needed

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or healthcare business office

• Knowledge of Medicaid programs and application processes

• Strong understanding of financial reports and data analysis

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer systems

• Strong organizational, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with facility leadership and staff
