Sports And Orthopedic Specialists is looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives by delivering high-quality, evidence-based orthopedic and sports rehabilitation care. - Evaluate and assess patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries to develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to restore function and reduce pain
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and insurance requirements
- Participate in continuing education and stay current with best practices in sports and orthopedic PT
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active Florida Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience in orthopedic and/or sports physical therapy preferred
- Strong manual therapy skills and knowledge of evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment
- CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain prior to start date
